These terms cover jauvex.ai (also at jauvex.reindent.com) and the Jauvex apps. Jauvex is made by Reindent. By installing or using Jauvex, you agree to them.
What Jauvex is
Jauvex is a desktop app for the Claude Code, Codex and Grok sessions on your computer. The install commands on this site build it on your computer (macOS, Linux or Windows).
Editions
- Jauvex Personal: anyone can install it with the command on this site.
- Jauvex Pro: by invitation. An invitation is for the person or team we gave it to: do not share its key or its install command. Reindent can revoke an invitation at any time. A revoked invitation no longer installs, downloads, reports or checks for updates. Do not copy, share or reverse-engineer the Pro files.
- Enterprise: contact us.
Your accounts and AI tools
Jauvex runs Claude Code, Codex and Grok with your own accounts. Your use of them is governed by Anthropic's, OpenAI's and xAI's own terms, and the costs of those accounts are yours. Jauvex is not made by Anthropic, OpenAI or xAI.
What agents do
Agents in Jauvex act in the folders and projects you give them. Check what they do before you rely on it.
Privacy
What we record is described in the Privacy Policy.
Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions or bug reports, Reindent may use them freely to improve its products, without owing you anything. Please don't include confidential information in them.
No warranty
Jauvex is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Reindent is not liable for any loss that comes from using it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
